With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald E. Mandel of Columbus, Ohio, born in Windber, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 8, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mandel and Anne Mandel (Koshute); and his brother Michael Mandel. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mandel (Frederickson); his children, Mark Mandel (Joanne), Michele Soller (Greg) and Terry Mandel (Wendy); his grandchildren, Delaney, Michael, Isabelle, Sean and Thomas; and his sisters, Dolores Novak of Windber, PA. and Carol Yonish (Dave) of Windber, PA..
