He was predeceased by: his parents, Watt Hartley and Nannie Hartley (Kilgore). He is survived by: his wife Linda Hartley; his daughters, Saranne and Erin Hartley; his grandchildren, Lukas and Isaac Hartley; and his siblings, Cozi Hartley Ingerham and William Hartley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service 2:00 P. M. Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 P. M. COVID SAFETY -. Due to current guidelines, we require that all visitors age 6 and over wear a mask inside the building, regardless of vaccination status.
