He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McKitrick and Helen McKitrick; his siblings, Judith Engle and Daniel McKitrick; and his brother-in-law Richard Heinlein.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. McKitrick; his children, Kelly Workman (Jake) and Kevin McKitrick; his stepdaughters, Angela Nordlie and Kimberly Lopresti (Shaun); his siblings, David McKitrick (Lynda) and Sharon Heinlein; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Engle and Linda McKitrick. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
