He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Paxton Sr. and Elza Trippett; his wife Laura Paxton; and his siblings, Gary, Jeff Paxton and Kimberly Decker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kristina Trippett (John Frizzell) and John Paxton; his son Donald Lee Paxton III (Melanie Pompili); his grandchildren, Kaylee Paxton, Brennan Paxton and Brayten Paxton; and his great grandchildren, Konnor and Hunter Akers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and close friends.
Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P. M. Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where a Sharing of Memories will conclude the evening at 6:30 P. M. NOTE: Due to current COVID 19 rules, masks are required inside the funeral home.
