He was predeceased by: his wife Lynette Clark; his parents, James Clark and Mary Ann Clark; his brother Jimbo Clark; his brother-in-law Gregory Scholl; and his father-in-law Walter Scholl.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie, Jason (Nicole), Tara (Richard) and Lauren; his grandchildren, Chandler (Alicia), Hannah, Collin, Ella, Hudson and Maria; his great grandchild Scarlett; his siblings, Tim (Sondra), Pam (Larry) and Cindy; his siblings-in-law, Jody (Rich), Marilyn (Jerry) and Kevin (Karen); and his mother-in-law Ruth Scholl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the James Cancer Hospital.
