He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Guilliams and Martha Alberta. He is survived by: his grandfather Donnie (BalBal); his wife Helen; his children, Darrell Sullivan, Toia Rivera, Sullivan, Jason Guilliams (Tricia) and Jon Guilliams (Sharon); his grandchildren, Sharie, Shalen of Jena, JJ, Jackson, Emerson and Tobin; and his siblings, Becky Sidwell (Clarence), Jan Guilliams (Jill) and Mary Beth Rodgers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Zusman Community Hospice (https://www.whv.org), Mansfield Christian School.
