He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ray Holbrook Sr. and Cathy Wamsley (John Robert); and his brother David "Crockett" Wamsley. He is survived by: his sons, Donald Ray Holbrook III and Cody Holbrook; and his siblings, Donna, Angela Strong (Tony), Alana Malone and Jonathan Wamsley (Billie). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
