He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermal Mullins and Tennie Mullins; and his children, David A. Mullins and Deborah A. Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Mullins; his children, Nikki, Donna, Donald and Patricia; his brothers, Ermal Mullins Jr. (Rosa) and David Mullins (Denise); and his mother-in-law Emma Knapp. He is also survived by family members and friends.
