She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Ann Fields of Columbus and Jill Marie Fields of Columbus; her grandchildren, Tanya, Jeremy, Adrianna and Zoey; and her siblings, Michael Weldon Roberts of Columbus, Sandra Louise Golden of Columbus and Judy Ann Sheehan (Dick) of Columbus.
