Dow was loved and cherished by many people including: stepfather Hugh W. Sample IV of Belpre, OH; brother Michael Manlove of Slidell, LA.; husband Jae Orme; parents, Patricia Manlove-Sample and Dow E. Manlove Jr. Slidell; and sisters, Holly Manlove-Schaad (Leo Schaad) of Stockport, OH and Lisa Carleton (Danny). Dow was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends including faithful companion.
