He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyt L. Perry and Loretta Perry (Zeroll); and his sister Judy McClain Mauerman. He is survived by: his daughter Maria V. Perry; his grandchildren, Devon Perry and Blair Perry; his brother David Perry (Debbie) of Atlanta, Georgia; his cousin Jay Richard Jackson (Karen) of Kansas City; his brother-in-law William Mauerman; and his sibling's children, Mindy Sabol (Shaun), Marcy Mahone (Ty) and Tom McClain (Becky).
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Doyt and Loretta Perry Scholarship Fund at Bowling Green State University.
