He was predeceased by: his father David Allen Yockey; and his grandparents, Donald, Nikki Sims, Clarence Yockey and Grace Yockey (Zimmerman).
He is survived by: his mother Nikki Lynn Yockey (Sims); his brother David A. Yockey II; his half-brother Bryan Yockey; his stepmother Janet Yockey; his stepsiblings, George Brown and Elizabeth Sweeney; and his sibling's children, Paige Yockey and David A. Yockey III. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Episcopal Church in Dustin's memory.
