He is survived by: his wife Latrece Smith Rice; his children, Derrick D. Crutchfield (Chelsi), Loneia P. Tarver (Jordan), Lonnie T. Powell and India C. Rice; his grandchildren, Christian, Daisia, Jayden and London; his sister Erika K. Brown; his aunts and uncles, June Lockett (John), Jacqueline R. Wilkins, Cynthia Thompson, Darlene Hunter (Eric), Sarah Bone, William Etta Bailey, Odell Cross (Howard), Sharon Derrick (Sonny), Anthony Rice (Annette) and John W. Rice; his parents-in-law, Patricia Smith and Nathaniel McCray; his siblings-in-law, Dana Greene and Darin Reeves; and his niece Eboni Brown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
