He is survived by: his mother Barbara Brooks; his godchild Many; his children, Edward Brooks and Jhara Brooks; his sisters, Tinita Brooks, Antoinette Brooks (Rodney Howard) and Melissa Blakey (Lee); his siblings' children, Rotisha Brooks, Telisha Brooks, Fredrick Brooks, Qur, Khadedra Brooks and Edward Bester; and his friend Misty Jones.
