She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Garner Sr.; her granddaughter Kelly Ann; and her sibling Wilbur Hallam Jr. (Bill). She is survived by: her sons, Robert Ross (Connie) and Larry Ross. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and former daughter-in-law.
