She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Romig and Ruth Romig (Hallowell); her brother John Romig; and her husband Richard Vaughn of Defiance. She is survived by: her children, Kurt Vaughn (Tami), Cheryl Whatley (Paul), Joel Vaughn (Beth), James Vaughn and Mary Gween (John); her grandchildren, Kurt Nicholas Vaughn, Stephen, Michael (Jessica), Carrie Whatley, Rebecca Barr (Konner), Alyssa and Christopher Gween; her great grandchildren, Emilee Jo Vaughn, Thomas and David Whatley; her sister Sara; and her brother-in-law John Hunter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
