He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Sr. Hampton and Celia Hampton. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Queen, Cynthia, Tamra, Shawn, Misty (Jordan) and Greg; and his siblings, Charline, Henrietta, Gloria, Edward and Luther. He is also survived by grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
