She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Abad and Ofelia Barredo Abad. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Hanke (Carlos), Elsa Santiago (Thomas) and Gonzalo Pizarro, Jr (Rebeca); and her grandchildren, Gonzalo Pizarro, III, Brianna Canaval, Samira Santiago, Camila Pizarro, Marcelo Pizarro, Carlos Hanke and Gabriella Santiago. She is also survived by several extended family members and a host of friends.
