He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Frazier and Ella Frazier; and his siblings, Ernestine Bussey, Daniel Frazier and Rev. James Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte E. Frazier; his children, Penny Sampson (Larry), Charlotte Frazier, Richard Frazier (Katherine), Derrick L. Frazier, Kevin L. Frazier and Dr. Nicole Johnson (Hollis); his siblings, Lloyd Frazier (Joyce), Barbara Yarborough, Marva Garrett and Jeanette Barnett; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Byrd (Cail), Louis Byrd (Myrna), Dorothy Byrd, Marian Cook, Shirley Carter (Hubert) and Hiwatha Hall. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
