She was predeceased by: her parents, George Albert and Alma Keopke Kettenring; her daughter Brenda Carey; her mother-in-law Nadeen Carey; her siblings, Barbara Catherine Kettenring, Donald William Kettenring, John Henry Kettenring, James Kettenring, George Kettenring, Frank Kettenring, Clara Mae Harpole, Ernest Leo Kettenring and Alma Noel; and her siblings-in-law, Effie Kettenring, Marie Kettenring, Shirley Kettenring, Clyde Noel and Charles Harpole.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Levakis (Vasilios) of Columbus and Jack "Jay" Carey (Micheline) of Middlesboro, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Anastasia Levakis (Paul Beck) of Columbus, John Levakis of Columbus Ohio, Jaymine Carey of Middlesboro and Allyson Carey of Middlesboro, Kentucky; her sisters, Irene Kettenring of Georgetown and Eunice "Sis" Searcy (Earl) of Frankfort; and her sister-in-law Betty Kettenring of Georgetown, Kentucky..
