She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hord-Rosser and Ida Hord-Rosser; her husband Raymond Porter; her daughter Raymona Porter-Hill; her stepgranddaughter Deidra Brown; and her brothers, William (Frances), John, Jerry (Elizbeth), Harry, Eugene (Earnestine), Kenneth, Todd (Peggy) and James.
She is survived by: her sister Ann Ray; her stepsister Lula Green; her granddaughters, Michelle and Stephanie Hill; her great grandchildren, Kaneesha Frazier (Karema), Raymond Hill and Ameia Hill; her great great grandchild N'Joi Grier; her stepdaughter Artis Porter-Brown; her sister Hattie Payne; and also Harold Rosser (Carolyn). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
