She was predeceased by: her parents, John Johnson and Juliette Gilbert Johnson Ivie; and her daughter Deborah Taylor Walker. She is survived by: her stepparent Judge Ivie; her husband Roy Lee Taylor; her sons, Garry Lee Taylor, Darryl Taylor and Rickey Lee Taylor; and her son-in-law Roger Walker (Miriam Guffey Walker). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Stateline Baptist Church.
