He is survived by: his wife Shelley Chapman; his children, Michael Rush, Jeffrey Metzger and Megan Chapman; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Aria and Nicholas; his mother Carolyn Blackburn; and his sister Ann Chapman.
Arrangements have been completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St. The family is asking that donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
