She was predeceased by: her parents, Abe Thall and Sophie Thall; her sister Rose; and her brother-in-law Ben Smilack. She is survived by: her husband Norman Arndt; her sons, Edward K. Arndt (Sarah) and Randall S. Arndt (Jeff Baker); her grandchildren, Matthew Arndt (Ashlie), Andrew Arndt (Lindsay), Jonathan Arndt and Alyssa Arndt; her great grandchildren, Shaina Arndt, Izzie Arndt and Benji Arndt; and her sibling's children, Mark Smilack (Suzanne), Marcia Smilack and Nancy Ciralsky.
