He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sapp and Stella Sapp; his siblings, Judy Burke (Ed) and Roger Sapp (Carol); and his sister-in-law Toni Sapp.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Weithman Sapp; his children, Julie Bowman (Scott), Mike (Kelly), Matt (Michele), Mary Leanza (Paul), Tom (Julie), Mark and Brian; his grandchildren, Brandon (Lauren), Lindsey Bowman, Daniel, Rachel, Brian, Emma, Paige Sapp, John, Joe, Sophie Leanza and Angela Sapp; his great grandchild Avery Bowman; and his brother Jack.
