She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Carlisle Hughes and Viola Hughes; her sons, Richard Lynn Frazier and David Carlisle Frazier; and her siblings, Thomas Jefferson Hughes, Mary Margaret Voiles and Carolyn Sue Siegle.
She is survived by: her husband Dewey Kent Pichot; her son Walter Alan Pichot (Connie) of Dayton, Ohio.; her sister Garnet Helber of Black Lick; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Alan Pichot, Amy Diane Yount (Anthony), Aaron Kenneth Pichot, Christina Marie Morgan (Ryan), Brandon Kent Pichot (Jenna), Nathan Thomas Crosbie, Alex Michael Pichot, Jason William Pichot, Leann Denise Pichot, Matthew Carlisle Pichot and Walter Thomas Pichot. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of St Francis or the Ronald McDonald House.
