She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James George; her parents, Anastasia Peponis and Nicholas Peponis; her grandchildren, Matthew, Niko, Luka and Marc Hilton; her children, Mark George (Jenny), Matthew George, Paul George (Linda) and Anastasia Lewis (Jack); her grandchildren, James Matthew George, Zoe George, Nikola George and Loukas George; her stepgrandson Marc Hilton; her stepgreat-grandson Zachary Hilton; her sisters-in-law, Louise Karam, Mary Lou Dover and JoAnn George; her brother Dr. Tom Peponis (Laverne Peponis); her nephew Tom Peponis Jr.; and her cousin John Passias. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
