She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Cleland and Neva Cleland (Romine); her significant other Ivan M. Cotterill; and her son Jerry. She is survived by: her children, Connie Schumaker (Jim), Jenny Flocken (Lou) and Dean Cotterill (Julie Balawajder); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Schumaker (Stephanie), Kimberly Georgekopoulos (Pete), Rachel Flocken, Ben Flocken, Matthew Cotterill, John Cotterill and Christine Cotterill; her great grandchildren, Andrianna Georgekopoulos, Sophia Georgekopoulos, Kirsten Schumaker, Caleb Schumaker and Ian Schumaker; her sisters, June Redman (Joe), Jean Redman, Aundean Wheeler and Maxine Wheeler; and her niece Linda Cleland Bohner.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Frances' memory to the Indianola Church of Christ.
