He is survived by: his parents, Frank Harvell and Willia Harvell; his daughter Raegan Harvell; his sisters, Barbara Robinson, Monica Harvell, Michele Harvell and Akiaya Harvell; his nephews, Gregory Johnson, Christopher Johnson and Ishmael Cody-Harvell; and his close friends, Shay Robinson and Quanie Castlin. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, childhood friends.
