He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Rainey and Margie Rainey. He is survived by: his wife Susan Rainey; his children, Robert E. Rainey, Jody L. Rainey (Bill Holycross), Julie Salvato (Greg), Richard Schnarr (Becky) and Karrie E. Rainey (Joseph Estep); his grandchildren, Gavin Rainey, Peyton Filby, Kayla Morris, Richard IV, Ryan Schnarr, Robbie Fischer, Nick and Luke Salvato; and his sister Brenda Weber (Bill). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.
