He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Browning Wilcox and Emzea Browning; and his sister Polly Pack. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Foulk, BJ Foulk and Matthew Foulk; and his siblings, George Porter, Cathy Selbe (Jeffrey), Margaret "Red" Browning (Roger Johnson) and Annette Damron. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
