He was predeceased by: his parents, Gay Pennington and Myrtle Pennington (Morehart). He is survived by: his girlfriend Dixie L. Ring; and his siblings, Weata Hoop and Gerald "Frank" Pennington (Judie). He is also survived by eight children; several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; as well as many friends.
