He is survived by: his parent Grace Ratliff Brammer; his wife Leola Kay Arbaugh Brammer; his children, Michael Brammer (Deborah) of Columbus and Lisa McDaniels (Melvin) of Greenup, KY; and his grandchildren, Austin Brammer, Ayden Brammer, Andrea Povlak, Amber Ochsenbein, Alyssa McDaniels, Kayla Blevins, Dylan Blevins, Hannah Brammer and Wyatt Brammer.
