He is survived by: his siblings, Cal, Bill of Kentucky, Tom of Tennessee and Patty of Tennessee; his wife Dorothy Runyon; his children, Mike (Kathy) of Virgina, Preston of Ohio and Rita (David) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Sandy (Vic) of New Jersey, Courtney (Chris) of Texas, Julianna of Ohio and Manning of Ohio; and his close friends, Bob Watts and Carl Davis. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
