He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lawrence II and Maryanne Puttick (Doughty); his wife Lois; and his daughter Patricia Puttick. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Stevens (Ray) and Mark Puttick (Charlene); his grandchildren, Christopher Haughey, Tina Hoover (Tim), Gramps, Bridgett and Danielle Puttick; his great grandchildren, Anthony Bogner (Lizz) and Evan Haughey; his great great grandchild Emily Bogner; and his siblings, John Puttick, Ronald Puttick, Patrick Puttick, Kris Smith (Alan), Kathy Detty (Tony) and Tom Puttick (Sherri). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church or the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network (BCAN).
