He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bob" Sykes (Denise) and Luanne Sykes; his grandchildren, Lorelei Moore (Tim), Robert "Bobby" Sykes (Kerry), Joey Bellitti, Miranda Palazzolo (Carlo), Aaron Bellitti (Silva) and Mike Bellitti (Vanessa); and his great grandchildren, Lauryn Moore, Audrey Moore, Aaron Bellitti Jr., Jonah Bellitti, Stella Bellitti, Levi Bellitti, Ezra Bellitti, Eli Bellitti, Evangeline Bellitti and Sadie Palazzolo.
