We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2020, at the age of 82, Gerald Dean Spencer of Columbus, Ohio, born in New Straitsville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spencer and Helen Richards Spencer; and his brother Charles Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Joy DeeLee Stanley Spencer; his son William Spencer (Tina) of Albany; his stepchildren, Jay Cavey of Chicago and Christi Dimbath of Westerville; his grandchildren, Mandy Stewart (Rich), Valerie Dixon and Brandy Clay; his stepgrandchildren, Brian Dimbath and Jennifer Ward; and his siblings, Dale Spencer (Mary) of Glouster, Mary Holman of Glouster, Helen Hooper of Glouster, Billie Jean Cavey of Glouster and Cheryl Lax of Glouster. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and 7 step great-grandchildren.
