He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard "Billy" and Phyllis Crabtree (Woodruff); his brother Robbie Crabtree; and his nephew Robbie Sheridan. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sue Crabtree; his stepdaughters, Teresa Kalb and Amy Rigsby (Jason); his grandsons, Logan, Liam and Luke Rigsby; and his siblings, Mike Crabtree (Jon), Sue Smith (Harold), Renee Napier (Brian) and Shawna Cunningham (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
