She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Costigan. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Stofer (Timothy) of Grove City, Katherine Costigan (Jeff Gage) of Gahanna and Theresa Leo (Allan Reta) of Powell; her grandchildren, Amanda Gage, T. J. Stofer Nathan Good (Erin) and Cory Leo; and her great grandchildren, Gage Lowery and Teagan Lowery.
