It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Goble James in Columbus, Ohio, born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dexter Blair and Bessie Blair; and her husband Roy James. She is survived by: her children, Everett Dwayne Ratliff (Valerie), Crecy Young (Mike) and Cathy Young (John); her grandchildren, Tracy (Jackie), Patricia (Josh), William (Samantha), Crystal (Tom), Jamie, Matthew (Kristen), James, Shawn (Stephanie) and Christopher (Mindy); and her siblings, Ruby, Jeanie, Linda and Elmer. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
