He is survived by: his brother Jose; his wife Victoria; his children, Taitisha Thrower (Taya), Lynette Blue (Eugene), Charmaine Roy, Avrum Fleming, Grant D. Howard (Rachel), William Howard, Nathaniel, Nalynn Cutler and Dion Howard; and his siblings, Callie Howard, Harriet Herrin, Seth, James, Sterling Howard and Rodney Long. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
