He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Genevieve Ochab of Cleveland, OH, James and Hilda Fell of Senecaville, OH.. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Ochab and Edith Ochab; his uncles, Robert Fell of Houston, TX and James; his aunt Marilyn Voyles; and his cousins, Dr. J. W. Voyles (Megan) and Elizabeth Voyles Ketcham (Kasey).
