He was predeceased by: his father Larry Shevalier; his grandparents, Guy, Ruth Shevalier, Ruby Ditty and Jack William Brown; and his stepfather Richard Bolen.
He is survived by: his mother Jackie Bolen; his children, Kalia Shevalier, Ashley Capehart, Gage Shevalier, Guy Shevalier, Jr. and Russel Jordan; and his former wife Crystal Hoy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
