He was predeceased by: his mother Filamena Blair (Maselli); his stepfather Cobern Blair; his grandparents, Anna Maselli and Rocco Maselli; and his uncles, Nick Maselli, Ralph Maselli, Steve Maselli, Julius Maselli, Don Maselli and William Maselli.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Garchar (Scott), Melissa Smith of Columbus, Melanie Kesselring (Jim) and Harry V. Smith III (Taylor Atkins); and his grandchildren, James, Caleb Garchar, Ellie, Cole Corder and Bella Kesselring.
Harry has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Aquinas College High School Scholarship fund, 2009 Hayer Court, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035.
