He is survived by: his father Mark Bays; his children, Heather Bays and Tripp of St. Albans; his grandparents, Joe, Kathy Stout of Newark, Ohio and Bertha Bays of South Charleston; and his siblings, Michael Bays of Charleston and Kristen Bays of Milton.
