She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Farrell and Lulu Farrell (Miller); her husband James Alan Charlton; her sister Mary Jayne Farrell Blake; and her grandchildren, James William Charlton and Deena Brown.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Charlton of Gahanna, Michael Charlton (Deborah) of Chevy Chase, MD, William Charlton (Teresa) of Worthington and Judy Heidmann (John) of Orlando, FL.; and her grandchildren, Scott McCain (Debra), Jeffrey McCain (Deborah), Andrew McCain (Judy), Susan M. Charlton (Chuck Bieber), Daniel Charlton (Mikel), Jody Repasky (Ted), Rhonda Bailey (Shawn), Michael Heidmann (Robin) and Allison Hunter (Dustin). She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
