She is survived by: her son John Donnelly (Gina); her grandchildren, Adam Donnelly (Brittany) and Heidi Alvarez Donnelly; her great grandchildren, Brody Donnelly, Jensen Donnelly, Carter Alvarez and Crosby Alvarez; and her siblings, Phillip Green Jr., Lloyd Green, Joseph Green, Freda Brown, Ann Warren, Laura Hensley and Patricia Green.
