He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Carter-Gilliam; his children, Henry W. Gilliam, Adam Underwood and Amy Gilliam; his stepsons, Chon Sims, Blair Jones, Albert Jones-Carter and Alexander Carter; his sister Sue Myers (Roy); and his nephews, Joseph, Jeremy, Brice, Tony (Sherry Lee), Jenny (Jay Stewart) and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
