He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Karl Dietrich, Sr. and Helen Marie Heighton Dietrich. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mast Dietrich; his children, Jeanne Dietrich (Jay Kelsey) of Nashville, Marian Dietrich (Charles Schwartz) of Pittsburgh, Dr. Carol Dietrich of Columbus, Joy Timmens (Eric) of Vilas, John Dietrich (Cassie) of Nashville and Dr. David Dietrich (Collen) of Panama City; and his sister Dorothy Hoover of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
