She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Klobas and Mary Klobas (Costigan); her spouse Franklin Cecil Sr.; her daughters, Elizabeth Cornell (Mike), Diane Atwell (Rick), Karen Hamilton and Cheryl Cecil (Kipp); her sister Margaret Moneyhunn; her children, Franklin, Thomas and Cathy; and her sisters, Betty and Geneva. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brothers.
